As a Worksite Clerk you will;
Verify and approve paperwork for new worksite cases. Make outbound calls to the businesses that have filled out Sec 125 and verify that all the information on the form is correct. Once all is verified the clerk will issue a franchise number and key the franchise information into the system. After the information has been keyed in to the system, they will send out the approval emails and update the agency that the company has been approved. The clerk keeps a daily spreadsheet of all pending and approved cases for the day.
