RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a WebSphere App Server Specialist in Dallas, TX.Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration procedures of Web Servers, Application Servers and Products
• Information selection criteria based on the risks of the Web Servers, Application Servers and Products
• Definitions of hardening, problems, vulnerabilities and analysis guides
• Definition of Strategies to follow for the improvement and maintenance of Web Servers, Application Servers and Products
• Best practices of Web & Application Servers standards in Middleware
• Scripts development, hardening guides writing and documentation updating for Web & Application Servers
• Tracking vulnerabilities, process maintenance of new rules for Web & Application Servers
• Provide information on the analysis of problems and their remediation for Web & Application Servers
• Implementation of new tools for OS, Web & Application Servers tuning
• Monitoring of new Middleware technologies in the Cloud from a micro-services approach

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Knowledge of processes best practices
• Middleware web/WebSphere 9/Tomcat
• Operating systems: UNIX/Windows/Linux
• Telecommunications/security/computers
• Big Data/BI/Data Mining/Machine Learning/Databases
