The Web Site Search Specialist improves customer onsite search through digital/analytics tools, such as Coveo, and also works to improve website development. This role maintains digital ownership of the website search bar and communicates opportunities to improve the customer's experience with products, platforms and services daily. This position works across multi-functional teams to drive the optimal customer experience tailored to each business unit's needs and corporate KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Web Site Search Improvement

  • Manage and administer the web site search tool to improve digital experience and meet strategic targets
  • Track and analyze web site search changes and report back to business units and stakeholders on progress
  • Collaborate and partner with BU's to ensure updates and optimizations meet the business needs, and that roadmaps/strategy plans are understood

Site Development

  • Aid in creating pages via enterprise CMS system (Sitecore) using existing components and some HTML/CSS to meet campaign and business needs
  • Monitor the performance of web pages in meeting KPI's set by business units

Reporting, Analysis, & Research

  • Diagnose customer facing issues and poor practices using a variety of tools, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Coveo, Customer Journey Recordings, and voice-of-the-customer (VOC) feedback data
  • Provide analysis of each optimization project to understand impacts on key KPIs
  • Learn new technical tools and the associated administration needs


Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

-Minimum of 3 years experience to include:

  • Working with digital marketing metrics and analytical tools, analyzing KPIs and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Experience within a marketing/digital/web function and understanding of customer experience methodology and tactics

-Preferred technical skills include a working knowledge of:

  • Front-end digital skills (HTML, JS, CSS)
  • Design Suites (PhotoShop, Axure)
  • Web tools (Coveo)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics and Tableau)
