Major Function:

Manages and controls all receiving, ticketing, distribution, and storage of all retail merchandise. Ensures inventory integrity through the management of the Retail POS System and Inventory Management System.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct warehouse operations and monitor the flow of merchandise from receipt to distribution utilizing the Retail Pro POS and Inventory Management System.
  • Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff. Develop work schedules and staff in accordance with delivery loads/schedules.
  • Work with Retail Operations and store supervisors on the ongoing replenishment of all sales locations.
  • Receive, check-in, verify pre-ticketing, and tag all incoming product.
  • Ensure that all receiving is properly entered into the system by the Retail Pro clerical.
  • Oversee the proper system documentation and system entry of all merchandise movement.
  • Ensure that all documentation has the necessary signatures, and that records are neatly organized and archived.
  • Plan, staff, and direct the warehouse physical inventory process.
  • Ensure that the warehouse in neat, organized, and maintained on a consistent basis.


Required Skills

  • Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members by speaking and comprehending English
  • English reading, writing, math and computer skills required
  • Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products
  • Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week
  • Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
  • Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift
  • Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system
  • Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence
  • Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents
