POSITION PROFILE

Typically works in a warehouse/shop environment, has responsibility for shipping, packing, receiving, and stocking of toner, printers, cameras, accessories and other Service Advantage customer products. Able to perform daily database data entry, order processing, and order fulfillment task. Possesses basic knowledge of technical/warehouse skills and the flexibility to work on multiple job functions on a daily basis.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have ability to learn various warehouse functions and processes that may include but not be limited to shipping ,receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading and unloading trucks
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment and workspace.
• Inspects, counts and prepares returnable toner/printer cartridges for shipment to other Ricoh warehouses
• Daily database data entry
• Email correspondence
• Inventory control
• Order processing, fulfillment, and tracking
• With supervision, may perform duties like foam packaging etc.
• Meets/exceeds expectations on production assignments standards.
• Maintain and continue to develop skills necessary to successfully carry out assigned duties.
• May be required to operate powered and non powered Material Handling equipment such as hand powered pallet jacks and electric powered forklift (Forklift certification required)
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Typically Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Minimum two years work experience is preferred, or one year warehouse experience with our company. Must have adequate reading and math skill, and ability to write legibly
• Database data entry
• Order processing and fulfillment
• Inventory control
• Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including, walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time and ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Able to operate warehouse power equipment such as pallet jack (manual and electric), forklift, etc
