Our client is currently seeking a Vp Of Sales to join a dedicated Team!!

This is a full time, permanent position with competitive salary, benefits, and PTO!

100% remote and can sit anywhere in US

Experience selling into Health plans, PBM Required

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) the VP of Sales is responsible for growing sales in excess of 20% annually through long-term planning and execution along with building long-lasting relationships with Health Plans, PBMs, TPA's, Employer Plans and other healthcare payer organizations. This role will also have responsibility nationally for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Plans. This role is integral to the long-term success of the company and will need to partner with the clinical and operations teams to focus on delivering on revenue growth, customer satisfaction metrics, customer and product level profitability and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Major Responsibilities or Assigned Duties:

2.Be the industry expert for Peer-to-Peer Review sales into the Medicare and Medicaid sector.

3.Understanding of the over utilization issues with healthcare, the competitive landscape, the clinical terminology associated with the payer space, and individual market needs of each customer and segment to craft and communicate the appropriate value proposition.

4.Manage the entire end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to pipeline management through deal execution and enablement of implementation to meet or exceed the quarterly and annual sales quota.

5.Maintain key client relationships and expand current client portfolio with strategic Quarterly Business Reviews

6.Ability to build territory plan by strategically targeting prospects and identifying opportunities that will lead to pipeline growth (e.g. mail campaigns, cold calls, tradeshows, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and working with inside sales).

7.Secure meetings with necessary buying influencers including clinical directors & VPs, purchasing leadership and C-level audiences.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

1.8-10+ years of individual contributor, quota carrying sales experience within a PBM, health plan or specialty care management organization.

2.5+ years of Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid Plan sales experience.

3.Demonstrated track record of successful execution of VP/C-Suite sales strategies with the ability to personally close deals.

4.Experience in use of salesforce.com or other customer relationship management system.

5.Must be able to work both independently and as a team; highly collaborative.

6.Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

7.Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and organization skills are required.

8.Motivated self-starter that is able to work independently and effectively from a corporate or home office environment.

9.Strong attention to detail with follows through on commitments.

10.Must be able to travel to client and prospective accounts

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)

2.Payer Experience with Medicare or Medicaid focus
