Visual Social Content Producer

Remote within ID, OR, WA, or UT

Primary Job Purpose

The visual digital content producer conceptualizes and creates visually compelling content such as videos and informational graphics for social media, blog and other digital platforms to drive awareness and engagement. Write, edit and publish content for a variety of platforms. Produces measurable results such as audience and follower growth and engagement rate increases.

General Functions and Outcomes

  • Produce visual content for Regence and Cambia brand Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other pages and platforms as needed.
  • Plan, draft, implement, and monitor social media content and campaigns with the goal of optimizing audience reach and engagement. Strong understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok, with ability to execute strategies tailored to each.
  • Collaborate with people across matrixed partner organizations to effectively tell the brand story.
  • Deliver top-quality content that feeds into impactful, audience-first, channel-sensitive campaigns that achieve business objectives.
  • Connect social media messages to health issues of interest and concern to members, establishing an engaging voice and tone.
  • Leverage social media to inform members about Regence programs and results.
  • Monitor social media coverage of Regence programs and policies.
  • Measure, track and report results.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce content that generates results.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with creating visually engaging digital content such as videos and infographics.
  • Experience growing digital audiences and increasing engagement with brand social media/digital content.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing various visual and written content with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage audiences on a variety of topics and digital platforms by content that communicates an agency's programs and priorities in a compelling way.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as demonstrated by examples of writing reflecting an agency's communications goals and messages.
  • Specialized knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:

Visual Social Content Producer would have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, PR, communications or related field and 3 years of experience in digital communication design or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment
  • Duties are performed primarily in an office environment.
  • Travel to other Cambia plans and to regional offices may be required.

The base pay annual salary range for this job is $62,500 to $102,500.
