Duties: Under the general supervision of Director of Imaging and Clinical Service provide nursing care to large animal patients to include emergency/critical care, basic treatment plans, teaching and assisting with research projects. This position is a 40 hours/wk position, includes weekends and some holidays. The position includes cross training in all services.

Qualifications: We are looking for a credentialed veterinary technician, or a person currently enrolled in an accredited veterinary technician program that would be obtaining their certification and or license in the next 2 years. Also will consider person with specialized husbandry skills in lieu of education. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively required. Must have excellent communication skills both orally and written. Horse handling skills are required. Must be able to work well with others. Computer skills required. Position located in Kennett Sq., no public trans. avail.
