Purpose

Responsible for controlling, forecasting and reporting Turnaround and Catalyst event costs for Non-TRACK vendors.

Responsibility

• Work with Vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoicing within the T&C of the contract
• Analyzes cost data, flags troubled areas, communicate all exceptions
• Reports Turnaround and Catalyst spend and Latest Estimates to Head Office.

Principal Accountability

• Responsible for training contractor personnel on reporting requirements and flow process
• Timely processing of vendors' time and material billings
• Assist with resolving invoicing issues
• Prepare Value of Work Done (VOWD) analysis
• Responsible for following the Statement of Final Account (SOFA) process to close out TRACK vendors.
• Monthly submittal of Turnaround and Catalyst costs and estimates in Ecosys

Authority

• MSAP - Balances the need for accurate cost reporting with the administration of increased data collection, particularly during execution.
• Works with Turnaround and Catalyst leaders to communicate Latest Estimates

• Computer skills - MSAP, Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly demanding and fast paced job, particularly during execution.
• Can handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize projects effectively
