Job Title: Traveling Construction Superintendent

Location: Initial project in El Paso, TX, followed by long-term projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead our upcoming project in El Paso, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall construction management, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and adheres to our high standards. Upon successful completion, the role will involve overseeing multiple projects in the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage on-site construction activities from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Enforce compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Conduct on-site meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain quality control procedures and ensure quality construction meets standards.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and progress.
• Willingness to travel and manage new projects in the DFW area post-completion of the El Paso project.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a track record of successful project management.
• Familiarity with construction management software, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to travel and relocate as needed for project requirements.
