Beacon Hill Legal's client, a global company located in NYC, is seeking an experienced legal counsel, with Spanish fluency skills, to manage commercial transactions and a variety of other business and privacy matters. This is a temporary role that is anticipated to last approximately six months. It is a mainly remote based role that would require a commute into their Manhattan office a few times per month.

Qualifications:

• JD and/or LLM with a license to practice law in the US.
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Minimum of five years of relevant legal and privacy experience, with an in-house role at a technology company, ideally in the advertising and media industry.
• Demonstrated experience with drafting and negotiating intellectual property, warranty, indemnity and liability clauses as well as privacy matters (CCPA).
• Ability to commute into Manhattan a few times per month
