Our client, a leading internet delivery service is seeking a People Operations Associate to join their team in Philadelphia! If you are a people oriented individual looking to make an impact in a busy department than this is the role for you.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience
• Ability to move quickly in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Prior exposure working in a database is a plus

Day to Day:

• Handle inbound tickets from internal employees
• Assist employees with any requests, issues or inquiries
• Make updates in internal systems
• Solve issues in a timely manner
• Reach out to other departments as needed
