Our client, a biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a temporary part-time Office Administrator to assist in their Technical Operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk including greeting employees and visitors, handle incoming calls and other communications, ensuring positive employee and visitor experience, maintaining office and kitchen supplies by checking stock to determine inventory and ordering supplies when needed, serving as the primary office contact for vendor services such as office supplies, mail/shipment distribution, food and drink, etc., and communicating any and all building updates such as evacuations, safety, security, etc. The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook calendar, possesses excellent written, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills, and overall has a professional and polite demeanor. This role pays $22 an hour and the schedule is Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-3:00PM. Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
