Job Description Summary
Perform administrative and clerical duties in the assigned department under close direction of the experienced supervisor/manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Admin/Clerical help in Accounting
• Assist with daily imports and entries
• Assist with various balance sheet reconciliations
• Scanning
• Filing
• Work on ad hoc projects as directed

Requirements

• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
• Drug screen is required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.
