Our client is a global design company based in Cambridge, MA seeking a Temporary HR Administrative Assistant. This is a 2-3 month opportunity with opportunity to extend, paying 23/hr depending on candidate experience. Core hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This role was created to support a boom of internal hiring, and assist with increased on-boarding efforts. This person will distribute new hire paperwork through email, schedule meetings for all new hires, manage orientations and trainings, handle a high volume of scheduling in Outlook, move seamlessly through multiple databases, and communicate with new hires daily. The ideal candidate would possess at least 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate setting, a preferred interest and/or skill set in human resources, a warm and friendly demeanor, unparalleled professionalism, strong MS Office Suite skills, and experience working with multiple time zones for scheduling.
