Our client, a leader in selling and servicing specialized access equipment located in Salem, NH, is seeking a temporary customer service representative for a temporary to hire role. This position is paying $18/hour and will comprise of a Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm. This role includes turning customer phone calls, emails, and social media messages into solutions, assigning open cases in the case management system to the correct team for resolution, answering FAQs and providing customers with the appropriate resources, processing customer invoices and billing, and assisting the service team when needed. The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Salesforce. Language skills in Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish are a plus.
