Beacon Hill Legal's client, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal for a temporary assignment. Candidates must have prior familiarity creating, updating, and maintaining cap tables with specific cap table software, ShareWorks.

• Oversee Board information management systems, handle document requests, and administer legal document holds

• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes of meetings
• Lead the analysis and continued tracking of benchmarking trends

• Support the administration of the Company's insider trading program

• Support the Company's subsidiary management process
• Updating and maintaining cap tables and stock documents and ancillary databases
• reviewing and analyzing various companies percentages of ownership and conducting research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of three years of corporate paralegal experience
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Stock Administrator or Cap Table experience is a plus
