Our client, an international law firm located in Boston, MA, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to assist within their Legal Recruiting Department. In this role, you will provide administrative support for a wide variety of functions related to the department, including: law school student interview programs; lateral associate and partner recruiting; interview scheduling; new hire processing; and updating and maintaining their recruiting database. This position involves regular contact (written and verbal) with attorneys and personnel throughout the Firm. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to provide quality customer service to internal and external clients, fantastic planning and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands. This role is from 8:30AM-5:30PM and pays $20 an hour. Qualified candidates should apply for immediate consideration.
