Position Overview:
Disaster Relief Support Representatives will assist callers with questions and concerns around local and state emergencies. This position will be in a high volume, fast paced, and multi-tasking environment. We are looking for individuals who will help customers in need via telephone, and handle online chat, and email.
Location of Work:
This position will start as working-from-home and will transition onsite in the near future within our contact center, in accordance with health and safety recommendations from the local government and our organization. The contact center is located at 2251 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. All team members must be able to work from site, as required for the role. After training, there may be an opportunity to work-from-home based on business need, performance, attendance, and seniority.
