Job Description Summary:
What you need to know about the role:
The Global Financial Crimes and Customer Protection organization is seeking an innovative, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to ensure the success of critical data and technology integration and transformation initiatives, to facilitate process alignment and coordination across internal, third-party vendor, and product teams to drive delivery. The candidate will also support vendor integration and finance operations tasks in support of enabling complex solution integrations.

Meet our team:
The Global Financial Crimes and Customer Protection Technology Enablement team is responsible for optimizing the efficiency and technology experience of the agents and investigators supporting the full range of PayPal's compliance, risk, and customer protection programs. Within Technology Enablement, the External Tools and Technology team drives the identification of optimal external solutions and data sources in support of these programs, envisions and supports the integration of these solutions with our internal tools, and manages supplier registration and finance operations.for the oranization's full vendor portfolio.

Your way to impact:

You will be in a position to gain full understanding of PayPal's service offerings, risk, and compliance functions to effectively enable data, system, and process enhancement and transformation. You will coordinate between business, product, and third-party points of contact to prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end, working in a deadline-driven environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your day to day:

• Identify, test, analyze and recommend technology solutions and data sources to improve the customer experience, reduce costs, create operational efficiencies, and improve the accuracy of decision making; analyze the benefits and risks to customer, function, and finance stakeholders to make a business case and recommendation.
• Identify and develop opportunities for process innovation; gain an understanding of supported domain workflows, and distill into documented requirements for both vendor and internal product development teams to guide solution implementation
• Collaborate with functional partners in the onboarding of new vendors, including Information Security, Privacy, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Identity Access Management and Information Technology
• Own multiple vendor relationships of high complexity or importance
• Support solution adoption, training, and best practice communication to optimize the impact of resourced solution capabilities

What do you need to bring:

• Experience in financial services, technology consulting, cryptocurrency, compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination thereof
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
• Project Management experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint skills
• Comfort with data analysis, and tools such as SQL, Python, etc preferred
