Our partners consist of DMS companies, dealerships, and warranty claims administration companies to name a few. We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our organization for our next phase of growth.
What You Will Be Doing As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

- Investigate support requests
- Communicate effectively and provide timely updates to clients
- Participate in team shift patterns and assist with out-of-hours escalation when required
- Carry out application system checks with the aim to identify and resolve issues before they have an impact on clients
- Develop working relations within organization
- Manage unexpected events or failures that could limit clients use of supported systems
What You Need for this Position Along with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field you will be expected to have 3 years of experience with the following:

- C#.NET
- Selenium
- AWS

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Automotive industry experience
- Script Development
