Technical Solutions RepBCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Solutions Rep at Pittsburgh, PA 15213Title: Technical Solutions RepLocation: Pittsburgh, PA 15213Duration: 2 yearsJob Description:Onsite Admin II - entry level - Intermediate level

• Work onsite at customer property (not remotely unless told otherwise)
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customer
• Maintain and develop customer relationship to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
• Represent HPI interests and be liaison with local customer management team
• Report customer dissatisfaction to Client Mgr (CM) and HP account team
• Attend account calls as directed and provide feedback on activities
• Proactive monitoring of customers printer fleet utilizing Web Jetadmin (WJA) and other tools
• Troubleshoot non-reporting devices
• Provide device asset updates using received or researched information
• Assist end user with device functionality
• Perform initial trouble shooting
• Perform maintenance on devices as directed by CM
• Coordinate with HP Support when service is required
• Coordinate with HP with SW branded support
• Assist with ordering and logging supply requests for customer
• Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites
• Assist with device(s) deployment/replacement as directed
• Remotely coordinate the activities for ordering, install and entitlement for ongoing device placements
• Track usage/activities at customer sites to better understand their needs
• Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices as needed
• Miscellaneous duties as directed by CM and account team
