What's the role?

We, in the Talent Acquisition team at HERE Technologies, are the ambassadors of the company to the candidate market, as well as the advocates for the candidates to our hiring managers. We are a highly visible team within the company that is passionate about guiding managers through hiring processes and practices that foster a Diverse and Inclusive environment. Adapting emerging Agile mindsets and principles, the Talent Acquisition team is quickly becoming the "go to" team in the areas of talent market intelligence, industry trends, technology advancements, and other innovations that help benefit our entire People organization.

As a Technical Recruiter you will be:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers to build sourcing strategies across different regions.
• Your expertise will help grow HERE Talent Pools and find niche talent.
• Your Analytics and Insights will help TA Specialists to make informed recruiting decisions.
• Sourcing candidates through Linkedin Recruiter and various third-party platforms.
• Screening qualified candidates over the phone and/or video.
• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring needs.
• Reviewing job descriptions, project scopes, candidate profiles, and other key information to best understand HERE and the market.
• Updating & Maintaining accuracy of HERE's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with feedback, notes, comments, and next steps.

Who are you?

As a Technical Recruiter you enjoy searching for unique talent and have the experience to paint the big picture. You thrive on challenging yourself to explore new avenues to find top talent.

• 5+ yrs experience in Technical Recruiting activity, using different methods such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites and tools
• Familiar with LinkedIn projects, InMail templates, advanced Boolean strings, and tags within learning and development space.
• Experience sourcing for technical roles, and you know the difference between Java and Javascript.
• You enjoy searching for unique talent and challenging yourself to explore new avenues to find it.
• Experience sourcing diverse talent.
• You have experience with Analytics and reporting metrics
