THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Chipotle Creative Team is looking for a content creator who focuses on technical production primarily for the brands employee-focused content. This role will take part in every aspect of the video-making process but with a strong focus on production (cinematography, studio production, photography, etc).

This role will primarily focus on internal media including training, communications and recruiting with secondary work supporting marketing media.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create video content, with primary function in production (in the field and in studio) but with proficiency in pre-production and post-production
• Set up shots (plan setup, choose lenses, light a scene, run audio, etc) and operate camera for a wide variety of projects
• Provide expertise in all production equipment including but not limited to camera bodies, lenses, filters, tripods, stabilizers, drones, Steadicam, filters, diffusers, digital capture equipment, lighting equipment, shotgun mics, lavalier mics, and audio capture equipment
• Run and operate a small green screen studio
• Obsess over f stops, live for good lighting, dream about quality edits
• Able to follow and work within brand standards
• Operate a live event production switcher and remote camera controls (this is a bonus if you have experience with it)
• Work back with editing team to brief/guide them with a clear, creative message and narrative
• Partner with internal teams to help synthesize and craft content

Additional Skills (not mandatory)

• Be able to edit using Adobe Premiere
• Be able to help with post production (edit, sound, mix, etc)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 3-5 years experience in video production
• Proficency in content creation (pre-production, production and post-production) with a focus on the production part (filming, photography, live event switching)
• Mastery of video production equipment (camera, lenses, mounts, stabilizers, lighting)
• Expert in Adobe Premiere with experience in After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom
• Must have current demo reel to apply
• Creative opinions encouraged
