ECS is seeking a Technical Lead to work in our Clarksburg, WV office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

• The initiation, coordination and management of all assessment operations, i.e. red team operations, blue team operations, vulnerability assessments, etc.
• The development of operational test plans and quality assurance of test reports
• Liaison with CJIS Management and technical personnel to prioritize assessments with operational availability, program development timelines, and incorporate the use of common tools
• Interface with OCIO for oversight and direction pertaining to the management of the team and resources needed for meeting assessment objectives
• Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
• Conduct customized threat, technical, and mitigation research in support of Unit operations
• Communicate with executives, and other Senior Leaders to warn of possible risks to data and promote plans to mitigate those risks
• Develops and negotiates system owners a Rules of Engagement (ROE) for assessments

Required Skills:

• Must have a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI-CI Poly eligibility
• Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 16+ years of experience
  • or a Master's with 14+ years of experience.
• At least 6 years in a management capacity.
• Shall possess one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, SANs GIAC certification (e.g., GPEN or GW APT), OSCP, or CIEH.
