Our next Technical Customer Service Associate II will answer level 1 support calls and reply to customer email inquiries as well as perform physical repairs on computers sent in for service.
What you will be doing

Basic computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
At least one year of experience working in a call center environment
At least one year of customer service experience
Ability to follow though
