Technical Customer Service Associate II


Job Description:

Our next Technical Customer Service Associate II will answer level 1 support calls and reply to customer email inquiries as well as perform physical repairs on computers sent in for service.

What you will be doing

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and instant messaging chat relating to online sales through Arrow's direct website, ecommerce partners, affiliate marketing channels, and EBay
  • Assist customers with questions about their order, shipping time, charges, and returns
  • Make recommendations to customers based on their needs and help explain the difference between various computer brands, systems, and computer accessories. Up sell accessories and services
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software and hardware issues over the phone and troubleshoot to assist customers during time of purchase and after the purchase with newly received products
  • Work with customers to find a resolution to post-sale problems and negotiate solutions to avoid or eliminate need to return product
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Process customer returns as needed
  • Approve all cases and handle escalated concerns
  • Run quality reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Management department schedule
  • Create Job IDs for incoming cases

What we are looking for

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues

  • At least one year of experience working in a call center environment

  • At least one year of customer service experience

  • Ability to follow though

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19.80 - $24.20

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
