Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$75,887.00-$121,419.00

A primary focus of the role is to build and maintain strong working business relationships with the client contacts by delivering quality results on time and within project scope. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background assisting in requirement gathering, solution documentation, implementation and consultation/training.

This role will serve as a point-of-contact for our clients during the implementation process, from contract execution through maintenance, and assist to standardize the use of CSG products to increase client satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies. The role will be able to identify and effectively communicate risks and roadblocks throughout all phases of the project. Additionally, the role will help drive product designs and product evolution.

  • Understand the clients' business needs and identify/define solutions to achieve their business goals
    • Ability to identify and develop complex solutions with some support from more senior team members.
    • Effectively communicates solution to the client including the pros, cons, and risks.
    • Understand how the assigned work supports the client in achieving their goals and the associated impact if our work is not completed with high quality, on time, and within scope.
    • Ability to pull more detailed data from the system, analyze, and leverage to make recommendations for client solutions.
  • Implement client solutions through product launches, configuration changes and/or data modifications
    • Ability to manage small projects (e.g., rate change, simple items passers, BAU team) successfully.
    • Participate in requirements gathering sessions, performing gap analysis, system review, and data analysis for projects.
    • Provide client parameter setting options documentation with multiple recommendations as to best options for implementation.
    • Assist in the completion of effective deliverables in a timely and efficient manner, identifying risk, and ensuring appropriate escalations are handled and communicated appropriately.
  • Works with client contacts and internal team members to meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner
    • Research and solve basic problems utilizing established procedures and guidelines.
    • Follows and defines appropriate trouble-shooting methods to help with assist and guide others.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related industry
  • Knowledge of algorithms and how they can aid in decision-making
  • JavaScript and SQL knowledge are required
  • Technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services and Message Queues
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • The strongest candidates will also have:
    • Experience with analytical software such as Google Analytics
    • Marketing automation technologies
    • Database marketing or campaign management tools
    • Work experience in the marketing analytics and mar-tech
    • Database design skills
    • Knowledge of analytical tools
    • Familiarity with relational database platforms
    • Training experience

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CRM, Billing, Order Management System, configuration, implementation, or upgrade projects.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, and/or related field or the equivalent work experience.
