  • Provide Company oversight, monitoring, training along with on and off-site technical assistance of Outreach and Admissions (OA) contracts and operations. Participate in assignments to include area evaluation/assessment/analysis, staff training/technical assistance, follow-up, report writing, etc.
  • Audit applicable reports/information as it relates to assignments to support and insure data integrity.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with partners; specifically with Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps Center staff, contract staff and fellow Corporate staff.
  • Participates in Company sponsored assessments, audits, trainings, meetings, work groups, etc. Via visits/assessment processes, ensures that programs and systems are in compliance with Center contract, DOL directives and Company standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Draft, review and update applicable policies and procedures. Assist with development of the Company through other assigned tasks to include, but not be limited to, partnership development, proposal development, contract transitions and the development and tracking of performance measurement systems.
  • Temporarily fill senior positions at contract locations as required
  • Ensures OA contracts meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
  • Conducts regular site visits, statistical analyses and monthly conference calls to assess operational effectiveness; develops corrective action plans to improve contracts' performance and student outcomes.
  • Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data. Ensures area of oversight is compliant with all PRH and Company SOPs, directives and guides as evidenced by DOL/Corporate assessments/data integrity audits.
  • Effectively motivates, empowers and requires staff to perform his/her job responsibilities. Employs sound time-management and delegation skills.
  • Provides required/supplemental training for new and current employees.
  • Motivates and manages staff to work effectively, creates a supportive work environment, recognizes staff accomplishments.
  • Participates in job development activities which lead to student success.
  • Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.
  • Ensure quality programs and services are provided for students and that quality is maintained and student needs are met. Pursues improvement and enhancement of programs and services.
  • Exchanges ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner and contributes meaningfully to group efforts by offering relevant ideas and knowledge. Provides quality and timely information to DOL/Company when requested.
  • Effectively articulates thoughts and ideas. Identifies problems, analyzes causes and evaluates appropriate solutions prior to taking or recommending actions. Follows up to ensure prompt/appropriate action and that problems are in fact corrected.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associates degree from an accredited school required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required; preferably in a Job Corps setting. Must possess a valid driver's license. This position requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and efficient use of the computer. Strong verbal and written skills required.
