**NOTICE**

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support BHN with the following:

  • Overseeing clinical programming, service coordination, and providing milieu management for individuals served along with the Clinical Director.
  • Overseeing Care Coordinators in their daily tasks and ensuring assessments & chart reviews are accurate & in compliance with DPH standards.
  • Monitoring the creation and completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes by Care Coordinators.
  • Evaluating Care Coordinators' performance on an ongoing basis and instituting appropriate discipline, as needed.
  • Providing psycho-educational groups and oversight of group schedule.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders, funding sources, or other contracts, as appropriate.
  • Serving as a liaison with other BHN programs in regards to treatment of individuals served, as appropriate.
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Director to ensure quality of services and identify staffing needs.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.

BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.

This new BHN program serves women who have been designated for substance use disorder treatment via the legal system. The program offers acute treatment (ATS) and crisis stabilization (CSS) services.

What are we looking for in a Team Leader?
  • Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served (required).
  • Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field (required): clinical psychology, education/counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, and experience in substance abuse and mental health services.
  • At least three years of experience in substance abuse treatment environment (required).
  • At least one year of supervisory experience providing clinical supervision to interdisciplinary team (required).
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations (required).
  • Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems (required).
  • Experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses (required).
  • In successful recovery for two or more years, if applicable (required).
