Scheduled Hours: 11:00pm-7:30am, rotating weekends and holidays
To provide leadership and supervision to the Environmental Services staff to ensure cleanliness of the hospital, patient satisfaction and key result areas are met or exceeds.
To set an example for all Environmental Services staff stressing personal enthusiasm, safety, teamwork, quality and pride in work, positive service~mined attitude, and efficiency.
In absence of EVS supervisor, lead co~workers in the day~to~ day operations of the Environmental Services department (EVS) program.
Trains associates and assists in Department Orientation Process.
Functions as Environmental Services Tech, knowing all positions/responsibilities within department. When in a lead role:
Supply and equipment use and maintenance.
Communicate to leadership associate performance, conduct, issues, etc.
Customer Satisfaction ~ Demonstrates a commitment to satisfying customer needs and exceeding customer expectations. Continues to improve patient and customer satisfaction scores.
