Tax Coordinator - Boston, MA

We are working with a private equity firm looking for a Tax Coordinator to join their team! This role would be onsite in their Boston office providing with administrative and operational support to the team.

Requirements:

• Provide tax operational support, including the processing of tax returns in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assemble and complete mailing of tax return and tax payment documents.
• Appropriately organize and store fully executed documents.
• Monitor team email inbox and timely save down tax workpaper and documents as it is posted by tax service provider.
• Timely maintain and update multiple tax project status trackers.
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the public accounting industry or a professional services environment preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel is a plus!
• Ability/flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and on weekends at deadlines
