The State of Nebraska is seeking an energetic and collaborative executive leader to serve as the next Administrator of the Task Force for Building Renewal. As the leader of the Task Force, you'll manage a team of four and administer a $16M annual budget while ensuring that the State's real estate portfolio is maintained, modernized, accessible, and energy efficient. As part of the Administrative Services executive leadership team, you'll serve as a subject-matter expert to the Director of the agency and key policy makers in all areas of building administration and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of bringing entrepreneurial approaches to operations and budgets while also being skilled in stakeholder management, executive influencing, and community engagement.

Qualifications / Requirements
PREFERRED: Graduate degree + at least 8 years of experience in operations management, building administration, project management, or grant administration.
