Job involves repetitious assembling of four (4) components to complete a bearing.

1. Placing plates on go/no-go plug. 2. Laying rollers on one plate. 3. Installing second plate on top of roller/ plate assembly. 4. Placing entire assembly inside closure cup. 5. Completed assemblies staked in baskets. 6. Required rate 100 assemblies per hour (minimum). Employee is required to sit a 10 hour shift. Light lifting required (10-15 lbs). Responsible from time to time for obtaining necessary components for bulk storage containers and placing at work station. Responsible for daily cleaning of work station( (removing boxes, rollers, containers, trash and sweeping floor at end of shift. Will lean how to use labor system in order to track progress for each day.
