Position Summary

ITT Goulds Pumps is searching for a highly motivated talent acquisition professional who is passionate about providing a high quality candidate experience with a desire to grow in your career. You excel at detail-oriented tasks, and have experience working as part of a talent acquisition team and working within an applicant tracking system. Working onsite and reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn talent acquisition techniques, metrics and to play a key role in a global talent acquisition transformation.
Essential Responsibilities

  • Scheduling phone and on-site interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate and manage the ITT Industrial Process and Corporate Co-Op Programs, acting as a point of contact for school and hiring managers, working with Handshake and Symplicity
  • Supports community outreach projects and events and helps to drive the company diversity and inclusion platform
  • Working seamlessly across multiple platforms to capture information and distribute that information to the hiring team (Recruiter, Hiring Managers, Leadership, Reception/Security, Communications and external TA partners)
  • Communicates with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment activities and project updates. Sends Interview Confirmations, Outreach emails, etc.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for open requisitions, contingency spend HC reports etc.
  • Assist in administrative task including processing interview scores, opening and posting positions for recruiters, updating the Applicant Tracking System, updating internal SharePoint site etc.
  • Assigns users and changes organizational structures in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assists Manager, Talent Acquisition with invoicing support as needed.
  • Delivers results - prioritizes tasks and drives toward timely and accurate completion.
  • Demonstrates resilience and agility in shifting between priorities and requests.
  • Holds self-accountable, maintaining high expectations for quality and timely results and communication.
  • Under the guidance to of the Global Recruitment Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiters learns end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing techniques and
  • May be assigned project work within the HR organization during times of low talent acquisition activity
Position Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience within similar talent acquisition or recruitment coordination role
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR or related major strongly preferred
  • Key Detail oriented, critical thinking, organized and inter personnel skills
  • Working knowledge of the talent acquisition hire process
  • Fast paced work ethic, high motor, slowing down isn't a speed they are familiar with
  • Tech savvy enough that they can use multiple new tools such as Microsoft Office in conjunction with LinkedIn, Hiretual, Handshake, Symplicty etc.
  • Experience working in an ATS/CRM or HRIS system is required (Brass Ring, Work Day, Icims or similar)
  • Has the personality of an excellent Customer Service representative, but the mentality of a closer on a sales floor.
  • The Recruiting Coordinator should have an innate knack for building relationships extremely quickly
