A Minneapolis based tech start up is growing extremely fast and is looking for a Talent Aquisition Coordinator to help with their hiring needs. Responsibilities:

• Craft and update job descriptions
• Prepare job offer letters
• Organize candidates' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
• Perform background and reference checks
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants
• Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
