Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

The Systems Integrator (SI) will support the Customer's organization responsible for cyber activities, analysis and reporting. This includes providing Front Office and Executive Officer/Action Officer support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Be the focal point for responding to taskings/actions assigned to the Group; track all incoming actions to closure; coordinate with Divisions/Branches and across the Group to ensure timely delivery of coordinated responses
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to support other high-visibility projects and activities
  • Support the Group Chief and Deputy, as necessary, by providing background information and materials in support of mission-related activities and briefings
  • Collaborate/coordinate with Center-level action and communication offices, as necessary
  • Assist with meeting preparation; provide background and reference information and materials; facilitate meetings, as required
  • Provide back-up support to the Chief of Staff and other Front Office support personnel, as necessary, for logistics, office management, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Demonstrated Action Item Management expertise--tracking, coordination of responses, report/metrics, etc.; expert knowledge of the Customer's CATT is a plus
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills; ability to quickly evaluate incoming tasking's and identify potential impacted components
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Analytic skills sufficient to analyze complicated and/or sensitive information to address moderately complex mission-related issues
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Demonstrated business and political acumen
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool Suite
  • Self-starter; proactive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
Salary Minimum: $91,998.40 Salary Maximum:$196,664.00 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Perspecta's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Perspecta provides a variety of benefits to employees.
