As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and oversight of a specific knowledge area within the Engineering team. Depending on your assignment, you will provide superior technical expertise in managing Windows PCs, Macs or virtual desktops.

Job duties very upon assignment but may include:

• Work with Systems Architects to ensure high reliability and performance in infrastructure environment.
  
• Perform necessary upgrades and maintenance following industry best practices where applicable.
  
• Create documentation about specific systems and store in a centralized repository.
  
• Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring end-user operations.
  
• Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future end-user needs.

We'll also want to know that you can demonstrate these attributes:

• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management using SCCM/Intune, VMWare Horizon, or JAMF.
  
• Proven ability to manage an end-point environment in a scalable fashion.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot throughout the OSI model.
  
• Ability to communicate with 3rd party vendors to maintain system stability.
