Location: REMOTE
Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $41.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Analyst II to work on a fully remote schedule (EST) on W2.

Position Title: Systems Analyst II

Required Skills: A/B testing, functional testing, OR UAT testing, Procedure/system/Process documentation, data reconciliation

Nice to have skills: HTML, CSS, Javascript, ticketing system

Location: VIRTUAL (EST)

Length: Though September, very likely to extend

Project/Team: Technology for HR Shared Services Group - ZenDesk

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience with process/systems documentation

- Experience in system administration

- Doing functional and A/B testing of landing pages, user profiles, and procedure documentation

- 3-5 years experience

- Supporting a number of projects

o Redesign of landing page

o Rebuild integration of workday to Zendesk of profile data - data reconciliation, looking for dups, abnormalities

o General procedure documentation

- 9-5 EST

- All related to HR technology services
