Are you our next SupervisorDistribution Services?

Supervise Mosaic employees in Distribution Services as well as measure and monitor performance and compliance to started goals and objectives. Oversee, train, and monitor transactional processes and efficiencies for all shipping and receiving activity in North America and International vessel.

What will you do?

• Monitor Distribution Service Team transactional effectiveness and record metrics for shipping and receiving personnel.
• Prepare and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and annual compliance reports
• Supervise shipping and receiving activity in SAP for all modes of inbound and outbound goods and materials. Ensure validation accuracy of issues relating to post goods to insure accurate and timely invoicing of the customer and payment of external vendors. Provide assistance to the Inventory Management Team with inventory reconciliation activities and documentation including inventory adjustments, troubleshooting, diversions, and reshipments.
• Train new users on Shipping/Receiving processes as an SAP SME/Trainer as well as be a key participant for User Acceptance Testing.
• In order to increase quality and efficiency, the Ship Receive Supv. will identify, recommend and coordinate continuous improvement opportunities while tracking financial impacts
• Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.

What do you need for this role?

• High School/GED required. Bachelors degree preferred, with a major in Business Administration, orLogistics and Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years ofBusiness Management experience
• 5+ years of Data Entry experience
• Supervising experience required
• Logistics experience
• Finance experience
• Supply Chain experience
• Transportation experience
• SAP experience
