Job Description Summary
Performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature for VP of Agriculture and the Agriculture Services Department. This position requires an individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Job Description

  • Develops and confirms travel arrangements (including international) for both employees and occasionally for guests
  • Provide expense reporting support
  • Manage, maintain and report on company pool vehicles
  • Provide meeting arrangement support, including securing, scheduling and facilitating large meetings
  • Contract administration; including creating, editing and tracking
  • SG&A budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Purchase Requisitions and invoice processing
  • Ability to maintain meeting minutes and distribute accordingly
  • Handles confidential information, documents, and files
  • Maintains and updates databases and files
  • Communicates and works with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry, and customer community
  • Support department document retention process and systems.
  • Provides general office support for Ag Services, including ensuring efficient and professional operation of office, exercising discretion and diplomacy at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned with a high degree of accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years in administrative work or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • SAP experience
  • APO experience/knowledge.
  • Experience in supply chain operations.
  • Strong PC skills, to include WINDOWS, WORD, AND EXCEL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent math, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Solve practical problems or resolve issues
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Prepare and maintain complex records and reports
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities and use time efficiently
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Follows all Safety and Quality requirements.
