Supply Chain Project Coordinator - Cambridge, MA

We are currently working with a Cambridge based pharmaceutical organization that is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract. This role will support the Global Head of Supply Chain and has the opportunity to work completely remote, although ideal applicants can accommodate a commute to Cambridge 1 day a week as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with project team
• Maintain project data
• Review contracts
• Assist with cost proposals
• Assist with SOPs
• Responsible for tracking project budgets
• Vendor contracting
• Purchase order and invoice processing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain preferred
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Data analysis experience
• Experience with Oracle and NetSuite is a plus!
• Must be comfortable in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
