Position Overview

The CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) Analyst is responsible for contributing to the growth of Benjamin Moore by driving the CPFR efforts with top retailers and providing analytics across various sites and supply chain functions. As a supply chain analyst, you will drive operational efficiencies, minimize stock-outs, and be a liaison between supply and demand.

This position will be highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with other departments including all areas of the Supply Chain. This role requires a proactive and organized professional who takes ownership of his/her responsibilities and willingness to help other areas within the organization.

Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of and a proven track record in customer interfacing, problem-solving, exception reporting, forecasting, inventory management, and analytics. Exposure to at least one of the following supply chain areas is highly desired: Data Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Transportation Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Demand Planning, and/or Risk Analysis.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills

  • Direct engagement with sales and marketing teams related to NPIs, sku rationalization, label changes, promotional planning, etc
  • Create manufacturing capacity models and track adherence to plan
  • Generate meaningful KPIs to measure vendor/customer performance
  • Manage MRP tool to replenish raw components for subcontractors
  • Report Generation to give more visibility to leadership
  • Collaborate in S&OP meetings with demand planning and manufacturing
  • Prepare presentations and facilitate CPFR calls with top retailers
  • Create inventory health index and measure inventory turns, both globally and for select business units
  • Support with investigating shortage and compliance chargebacks
  • Challenge the status quo and help guide entrepreneurial innovation in both analytics and actionable insights
  • Automate and Improve legacy processes and data tools
  • Must be detail oriented when necessary, with the ability to assess the bigger picture and take a strategic view accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion and influencing abilities.
  • Recognized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing marketplace
  • Strong passion for answering complex business questions using structured problem solving and rigorous data analysis


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent years of experience (7~10 years)
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills required to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of business
  • Ability to work independently in managing multiple projects and initiatives to meet firm deadlines
  • Ability to work with cross-functional team to complete more complex projects
  • Experience working with international partners
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Access, able to manage and manipulate large data sets
  • Experience with SAP / APICS certification is preferred
