Superintendent We are looking to expand our team of talented professionals, and looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team for developments in South Florida. We provide expertise planning, design and construction of Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Institutional, Historic Restorations, and Hospitality developments all over southern Florida. What You Will Be Doing -Oversee Project from beginning to end
-Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety procedures, working with the project team to ensure all compliance requirements are met, and maintaining a daily log of activities performed on the jobsite
-Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
-Obtain and coordinate required permits and inspections with local jurisdictions.
-Preside at pre-construction meetings and weekly subcontractor meetings.
-Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
What You Need for this Position -Some travel may be required for local superintendents
-Professional written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Ability to utilize construction software
-3-7 years of construction experience preferred
