What You Will Be Doing As a Superintendent your leadership will ensure our projects get completed within budget, on schedule, and in a safe manner. You will schedule, coordinate, and supervise employee and subcontractor activities.

- Plan and supervise the work of our field employees, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Work with our project teams during preconstruction to assist in scheduling, site logistics and presenting at interviews
- Communicate issues (accident, inspections, job site difficulties, etc.) with the project team in a timely manner
- Participate in Project Readiness planning and implement and maintain productivity tracking
- Monitor and maintain our safety program including documenting and correcting unsafe work practices and work hazards
- Ensure all necessary permits and insurance are in place and kept current
- Participate in the development of the master schedule
- Monitor all jobsite document controls including daily reports, Built in Quality (BiQ) Program, Punch lists, schedule updates, payroll, quantity reporting, accident and incident reports, timesheets, RFIs and field issues or changes
- Help identify potential budget problems and work with the team to develop contingency plans
- Know project specifications, the contract, and the contract's general conditions, and confirm that all materials and subcontract work align with contract documents and quality specifications
- Review monthly billings as it relates to Work-in-Place (WIP), payrolls, material invoices and trade partner pay applications
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering or related field (OR high school degree and equivalent combinations of experience)
- Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience
- Must have basic understanding of craft jurisdiction and working under bargaining agreements
- Awareness of the general construction, structural steel installation, crane setup, crane capacity, masonry, millwright work, heavy rigging, and critical lift plans
- OSHA 30 certification
