Job Info

  • Provide Company oversight and monitoring of Social Development, Dorm Life, Student Leadership, CSIO, Counseling, CPP and the overall Social Environment and student culture at Centers.
  • Lead and participate in Team assignments to include area evaluations, assessments, and analysis, Center staff training/technical assistance, follow-up, report writing, etc.
  • Audit applicable data integrity and CIS reports/data as it relates to Team assignments.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with DOL, Center and Corporate staff.
  • Participates in Company/DOL sponsored PAGs, Audits, Trainings, Meetings Work Groups, etc.
  • Via the Team visits/PAG processes ensure that programs and systems are in compliance with Center contract, DOL directives and Company SOPs.
  • Draft, review and update applicable policies and procedures.
  • Assist with development of the Company through other assigned tasks to include, but not limited to, proposal development, contract transitions, temporary assignment to a Center and development of performance measurement systems.
  • Fill Senior Acting Positions at Centers as required.
  • Extensive travel required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Services, Human Services or related field. Two to four years related experience one of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. No less than three years of Job Corps specific experience required. Must possess valid driver's license. This position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and efficient use of the computer. Strong verbal and written skills required.
