The right candidate should thrive on driving inventive creative strategies, plans, and execution through their vision, collaboration and leadership. You will combine your talents for strategy and ability as a connector to unlock potential initiatives, drive deeper collaboration internal and external of Meta, and maximize the impact of the Creative Shop Labs business.Our team is looking for an exceptional leader who is highly entrepreneurial, and deeply passionate about the next chapter of the internet and the value it will bring to people and brands. On CS Labs, you'll be a key player in unlocking the bleeding edges of creativity on some of the most exciting and ever-emerging surfaces.

Strategy Lead, Creative Shop Labs Responsibilities:

  • Develop bold, integrated plans that deliver an inspiring and actionable innovation agenda for Labs and Creative Shop
  • Work with Labs leadership and program management to turn plans into action through prioritization, milestones and collaboration models
  • Extract maximum value across CS Labs functions by bridging the unique value and capabilities of each team to contribute to big creative outcomes
  • Drive key external and internal partnerships to ensure integration and mutual value on priority Labs initiatives
  • Lead strategy of partner prioritization and go-to-market execution
  • Lead and represent CS Labs across One Creative Shop initiatives aligning on clear approaches and game plans
  • Maintain always-on knowledge of industry and emerging opportunities in order to uplevel near term execution and advise on mid/long term potential initiatives
  • Drive the communications and transparency to fully engage all CS Labs leaders along with broader CS Leadership
  • Build alignment among key project stakeholders and escalate key decisions as required
  • Provide regular, proactive updates to executive leadership
  • Track the overall progress and quality of the work/and delivery of strategic roadmap
  • Work closely with CS and Meta stakeholders to drive the storytelling around CS Labs work and explorations


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in a strategic role on creative enterprises, or related experience
  • Experience driving coordinated and visionary planning
  • Experience working within a complex and highly collaborative structure
  • Demonstrated experience building and growing high functioning, healthy work streams
  • Understanding of Meta's products and business strategy
  • Expert communication and leadership skills
  • Experience building presentations and using common business software - Office, Keynote
  • Experience developing actionable insights from your research, curiosity, and connections
  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams within large enterprises
  • Expertise in the current state of technology, product possibilities, and industry innovation


Preferred Qualifications:

  • International experience working in-market
  • Experience leading teams and complex workstreams
  • Experience in driving innovation or experimentation work
  • Experience focusing on continuous development and jump-starting projects without clear direction
  • Expert collaborator and thrive off of working with other creatives, partners and disciplines
  • Experience multi-tasking and moving fast
