Overview

The Strategic Accounts Manager working with Diversified US will work under the direction of the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts to create strategies targeted at advancing our partnership with top AV integrators. The role focuses on executing high level strategies for our strategic accounts in a way that encourages strategic account leadership teams to invest in our platform and energizes business practices to fully leverage our solutions. This person will collaborate with our channel teams to drive our strategic account training agenda. Additionally, this person will collaborate with our technical resources in the channel and strategic accounts team to prioritize their efforts in a manner that represents the greatest opportunity and return on our time investment.

Base Pay Range 130,000- 183,000

The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. Responsibilities

70% - Build relationships with our strategic accounts enterprise and UC&C practice leadership. Goals are focused on exposing QSC Solutions that are unique and attractive to these practices, while helping us mature our business model to include SaaS, cloud based managed services and professional commissioning services. 20% - Work with strategic account leadership to document and mange strategic account product demand and pipeline. Document and present account activity reports focused on delivering comprehensive QBR's. Assist channel sales, consultant liaisons and business development leadership with large project opportunities. 10% - Attend regional and national events to represent the company's interests with strategic accounts by performing duties which aid in organizational development.
Qualifications

Education: • Bachelor's Degree or relevant channel experience is required

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in professional AV /IT with 2 years in a strategic account management role

• Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives

Knowledge and Skills:• Deep understanding of and experience selling integrated solutions central to our corporate business strategy.• Strong knowledge of the AV integration industry, Systems Integration channel, AV technologies and market trends

• Must be fluent with computer technologies, networked audio systems, and DSP technology. Experience with audio networking and control systems is required.• Adept in navigating a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work setting, demonstrating flexibility and ability • Expert communication, people and negotiating skills, relationship building with an ability to engage and influence C-Level decision makers • Team player, personable, empathetic, and diplomatic personality• Able to travel domestically and internationally a minimum of 50% of the time; some international travel may be required• Demonstrated skills with Salesforce.com, Power BI and Office 365 tools• Must possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
