What You Will Do

Panduit is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Manager - Power to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions and a proven track record in sales, specifically within power products. As Strategic Account Manager - Power, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, generating demand, and driving the sales of IT power solutions to meet revenue targets.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the IT power sector
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers with growth potential, understanding their IT needs and aligning Panduit's value proposition
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations
  • Solution Presentation: Clearly articulate and present Panduit IT power solutions to customers, addressing their unique requirements and demonstrating the value proposition
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and grow market share
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and compelling proposals, including technical specifications and pricing, in collaboration with technical teams
  • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and business development, to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on power solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data centers, and power management systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
