YETI is actively seeking a Store Experience Leader (Store Manager) to lead our store located at Southlake in Dallas, Texas. You will provide leadership and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will determine and maintain optimal staffing levels, recruit, hire, coach, and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turn will provide a "wow" factor level of customer experience. You drive store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting company assets, upholding store operational and visual merchandising standards. You have a customer first mindset, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments.
