Advertised Job Summary:Coordination and management of the Standardized Patient (SP) Program including logistics, participants, recruitment, engagement, orientation, onboarding, training, program quality assurance and improvement, and communication with stakeholders. Design and deliver comprehensive training to Standardized Patients. Align program with best practices. Demonstrate commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Experience working with Standardized Patient program
The ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations. Manage work and provide guidance to employees. Ability to prepare reports. Ability to resolve problems and communicate outcomes, able to interpret plans and interact with various levels of personnel. Ability to use technology, problem solve and utilize conscious decision making.
Skilled in using a personal computer utilizing Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software programs. The ability to work with limited supervision and to meet deadlines. Ability to work with a variety of people. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial. Experience with the Association for Standardized Patient Association (ASPE).
Manages the Standardized Patient (SP) Program by coordinating all SP logistics, databases, software, technology, and meeting rooms. Coordinates supplies and maintains inventory with SP Scheduler. Communication with all stakeholders, including the M.D. program and other programs that use standardized patients.
